OPPORTUNITY:
As aProject Coordinator, use your focusedorganizational skillsto successfully manage theadministrative
detailsof project management with each day offering you interesting and
challenging work. You will performjob
start-up requirements, process purchase orders and subcontracts, process
invoices, input data into project management software, maintain and update
files, pay estimates, and other miscellaneous tasks. This position is geared towards anorganized,motivated, energetic, dedicated, action-orientedindividual who thrives
on formulating a plan to getproject detailscompleted by a specific
deadline.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Award of Project: Gather required
documentation, set up project in our tracking system, copy Bid Book, set
up job files, create submittal log, attend pre-construction meetings, set-up
jobsite trailer, create and post safety documentation, and prepare jobsite
map.
Project Buyout: Prepare and send purchase
orders and subcontracts, assign vendor to submittal log.
Submittals:
Log submittals from subs, forward stamped submittals to engineer, log
response in project management software and track progress from approval
through completion of O & M-s.
Accounts
Payable: Store and match packing slips, code
invoices, forward approved invoices to Accounting.
Accounts
Receivable: Prepare pay application to submit to
Owner for payment and follow-up on payments.
Project
Closeout:O&M Manuals received and logged, prepare commissioning binder and retainage
releases. Close contracts, prepare
waivers and retainage releases.
Performgeneral office duties, correspondence, and filing.
SUCCESS
FACTORS:
2
years of relevant project
coordination experience in theconstructionindustry.
Extremelyorganized,detail & number-oriented,efficient and reliable.
Dependable,independent self-starterwho takes responsibility for their
work.
Deadline driven with a naturalsense of urgency and curiosity to
understand the construction process.
Professional written and verbal
communications skills is a must.
Desire to be akey team memberthat actively
contributes to the overall success of our company.
COMPENSATION
AND

compensation package including a base salary of $38,000-$42,000, depending
on level of experience. You
