Duties include setting appointments, working with people to set up accounts, customer follow-up. No sales, billing, or collections involved. We provide the training for the right applicants.
Must have a friendly, upbeat phone presence and enjoy working with people. You will need basic
computer
skills including email, knowledge of the internet, and Microsoft Word.
Both part time and full time schedules are available and you will have the ability to telecommute using your own computer and high speed Internet.
