Our Landscaping client is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition / Onboarding Specialist to join their growing team.
As the Talent Acquisition / Onboarding Specialist, you'll recruit top-notch talent, nurture their growth, and ensure they flourish in their roles.

Westfield, IndianaResponsibilities for the Bilingual Talent Acquisition / Onboarding Specialist:
Onboarding:
Deliver new hire orientation.
Follow up with new hires to ensure they are doing well as they join the team.
Sourcing:
Utilize ATS software (Hireology), Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and social media accounts to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and match candidates to the right jobs.
Talent Management:
Develop strategies for acquiring fresh talent.
Partner with hiring managers to coordinate the full-cycle process--from scheduling interviews to orientation training.
Recruitment:
Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.
Network, connect, and cultivate relationships with potential candidates.
Employee Engagement:
Assist with the company''s Employee Engagement strategy.
Qualifications:
Bilingual:
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Recruitment:
Experience in talent acquisition or HR.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable navigating ATS software and online platforms.
People Person:
You thrive on building connections and nurturing professional relationships.
Flexibility:
You will need to attend community events and job fairs (1-5 annually) which may extend into the evening or be scheduled on a weekend.
