I and II employees.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide safe environment for all participants, volunteers and staff.
Process program registrations, payments & credit requests.
Assist with giving tours/interviews.
Process memberships and create membership photo ID's and issue temporary cards as needed, Y Studio access.
Answer phone calls and give accurate information regarding the Branch programs and/or membership.
Check opening and closing cash drawer for proper amount and denominations.
May balance funds and receipts after each shift.
Document any concerns voiced by members.
Record accident reports (properly complete forms) and assist staff and members during emergencies.
Communicate with the Director with computer concerns.
May check Daily Changes and keep up to date on changesCheck personal mailbox.
Actively participate in the Invest-In-Youth annual campaign.
Attend all staff meetings and training associated with the Member Services Program.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
