The Position:
This is a 2 year contractOur Sales Associates provide an inclusive, fun and authentic customer experience thattruly represents the Beyond Retro brandThey welcome customers, guide them through the products, answerquestions and make sure guests have an awesome and inclusive experience! We need Sales Associates who canhelp provide an inclusive, fun and authentic customer experience.
Responsibilities:
? Provide an excellent customer service? Become an expert in vintage fashion and current trends? Sell & showcase Beyond Retro products on the shop floor? Offer a personalised shopping and styling experience? Operate tills? Assist in all store operating procedures e.
gdelivery, stock takes, replenishment etc? Follow all H&S procedures to maintain a healthy, safe and tidy work environmentPreferred Qualifications/Competencies? Experience in the retail fashion industry? Customer service-oriented? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills? A good human who cares about their peers:
