We are in Westfield, Indiana, a small city located north of Indianapolis.
Responsibilities include:
Accounting Accounting Software Used - QuickBooks Online Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Prepare & Make Bank Deposits Journal Entries - payroll, depreciation, accruals, advanced billings P&L Statements & Balance Sheet Preparation Set-up new vendors / clients Bank Statement Reconciliation File quarter taxes for Owner File Sales tax for Indiana Process 1099 file for Accounting Firm Complete W9 requests for new clients Complete Government Census Reporting (Quarterly & Annually) Human Resources / Payroll Posting of Job Ads Prepare job offers Set-up new hire in ADP On board new employees Process Payroll Maintain & Update Employee Handbook Administer 401k program for new employees (if applicable) Administer Health Insurance program for new employees (if applicable) Complete Workmen Comp Annual Audits for Insurance Company Office Management Work with IT Company regarding any issues, equipment needs Work with Office Vendors to insure best pricing Assist in keeping the Pricing Books Up to Date Ad Hoc Reporting for Marketing purposes Job Type:
Part-Time (7 - 10 Hours a Week - Occasional more to cover reception)
