at the Grand Park Sports Campus in Westfield, IN.
This will be our newest 37,000 sq/ft.
facility and will open sometime this winter, but Wright's has been around since 1975! Wright's Gymnastics Academy was founded in 1975 in Greenwood, IN.
To accommodate the growing pre-school and beginner programs at Wright's, Wright's FUNdamentals was founded in 2009.
We dedicated this facility to our little people, and everything a gymnastics based fitness could offer them.
More play meant more practice and a love for gymnastics.
We saw the development of our youth quickly take off and proceed to found two more Wright's FUNdamentals in 2013 and in 2015.
NinjaZone was created in 2015 as was 4,500 sq.
ft.
of Ninja Training space for our rapidly growing program.
Our programs within Wright's Gymnastics and Ninja Zone have developed over the last 45 years and are far and above the leader in mindful, efficient, safe, and productive instruction.

Gymnastics (Sweet Peas Educational Gymnastics, FUNdamentals, Team) NinjaZone Dance Instructors Party and Event Staff Preschool Teachers and Assistants ALL based on movement, the mind/body connection, & a GROWTH MINDSET! We're looking forward to this amazing space, at the GRANDest sports park in America to host, educate, and serve families in the community.

Responsibilities:
Keep Kids Learning while Moving their bodies Whole Child Establishing and enforcing rules of behavior for students in the classroom Preparing lesson plans, units and projects to complete learning objectives Establishing and communicating clear objectives for lessons, units and projects Adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of students Encouraging students to explore learning opportunities and career paths Creating, assigning and grading various assessments for students Working with students one-on-one when they need extra support Maintain a clean, tidy and organized classroom Inspire, motivate, encourage and educate students Job Requirements:
Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills Creative and energetic Ready to innovate and improve Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the school's policies and procedures Leadership, communication and organization skills A commitment to the kids you are impacting Teaching experience required (if applying for lead teacher - we have entry level teaching assistant positions available) A love for kids and a want for them to succeed Patience with your kiddos A Creative mind and listening ears Passion for learning and teaching Entry Level and Experienced Positions available Part-time opportunities Full-time opportunities At the end of the day, our children are our number one priority!
