Lubricant & Equipment Sales Specialist

Position
Summary:
Process CountryMark lubricant and equipment sales that come in via phone and/or from the online store.
Assist customers who call or walk in with questions related to product delivery times, prices, product availability, and cross references on lubricant products.
CountryMark currently sells $25 million worth of lubricants and energy equipment annually.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to the following):
o Process sales orders.
o Create purchase orders.
o Dispatch diesel exhaust fluid delivery drivers.
o Assist customers who call or walk in with questions related to lubricant and equipment product availability, pricing, delivery expectations and basic product questions.
o Create sales quotes with data provided by the lubricant and equipment sales managers.
o Communicate with lubricant and equipment team members sales data, and suggestions for process improvements.
o Demonstrate in all work endeavors CountryMark values, which include excellence, quality, improvement, innovation, integrity, and reliability.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to the following):
Outsource lubricant products not available in CountryMark's proprietary lubricant product line.
Check vendor invoices for proper cost quotes and freight costs.
Code each vendor invoice to proper budget reference code.
Connect vendor invoices with customer orders.
Identify any discrepancies and resolve immediately.
Assist in communications to customers reminding them of our route schedule and order needs.
Job Qualifications (refers to job, not incumbent):
High School diploma required.
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
2 years of experience in customer service, sales, warehouse operations, or a related field.
Willing to substitute degree requirements in lieu of experience.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office platform.
Preference given to D365 and Exflow experience.
Lubricant and/or energy equipment experience preferred.
Knowledge of business accounting principles, budget preparation, and strong business acumen.
