To assist the Sales Consultant and facilitate the sale of new homes Duties, responsibilities & expectations:
Essential Job Functions:
Greet customers and answer their questions Conduct sales presentations within the model Answer the phone and schedule appointments with prospects Help with customer follow-up Ensure administrative duties are completed in a timely manner, including updating the prospect database Skills:
Welcome customers professionally Develop customer relationships by treating prospective home owners with courtesy Follow-up communication Present yourself in a professional manner Able to grow into other duties as assigned Minimum education, experience & knowledge:
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Publisher required Basic math and computer skills Prior sales experience is an advantage but not required Additional attributes desired:
Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations; excellent people person; open to learning and growing independently and from feedback; professional in dress, manners and conduct; self-motivated individual and display initiative Other requirements:
