We are in search for friendly and detailed individual to serve our customers in coordinating the best products to their needs.
The right candidate will care for our customer needs and demonstrate knowledge of our product lines and services.
Proactive coordination of on-hand inventory and future sales forecast of customer quotes to our management will achieve success in this role.
The Right Candidate Will Have:
Demonstrate knowledge of landscape/nursery industry and products, both hard and green goods Basic computer skills, software proficiency including Microsoft Office products Strive well in a team environment Key
Responsibilities:
Promote the brand as the leader in quality, service, and availability Manage assigned customer accounts Familiarity with on-hand and future inventory Research and acquire material, give advice on plants, and offer substitutions if needed Promote the brand's product lines and services Facilitate delivery/pick-up Inspection of material and orders Provide sales forecast through management of future orders and customer quotes Promote and manage a safe work environment while following direction from the safety committee Promote and foster company core values Education and Experience Requirements:
